To mix them together use a HIGH bowl or like culinarily challenged me you will end up with green (used lime jello) blops all over the kitchen LOL
I start with the cream cheese and sour cream. I just add a little at a time and I use my hand mixer for better control. I just add really slowly.. I bet Lime is good!!!
Yes it was!! I think I will add some sweetner tho. But I remember you saying you didnt like things real sweet. I think
Hi again Baylor,
So I assume most of the carbs are coming from the cream cheesse but mostly from the sour cream. Do I have to count anything for the jello since it’s sugar free?
I am becoming anal I think…..
LOL… The jello is really minimal.
LOL…well I have read posts on the boards that say you have to deduct for eating sugar free jello..I just wondered….
I don’t really worry about Jello nc. You should count it as one of your sweeteners but the net carbs in sf jello are really low.
I usally don’t count it either. It’s just something that I put in my lunch during the week. I am making this today along with your mashed brussel sprouts and marinated boneless pork ribs on the barbque. I am using the Korean Marinade from Lindas website but not sure how much the meat absorbs of the marinade.
Jennifer
Is this a large or small box of jello
I use small boxes. Sorry!
That is what I used. Must say this is delicious…..
Thank you
Also made your mashed burssel sprouts….very good. Tomorrow making the tomato gravy and meatballs. Going to serve with Spaghetti squash…
Thanks! I am glad you like them. I have gotten many a person to eat them when they swear they don’t like brussels sprouts!
