Breakfast was shredded chicken and green beans and lunch and dinner were Turkey, mashed cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. I had coffee with cream for dessert sweetened with Splenda..

 

I had a great day! I hope you did too. If not, Start fresh this morning. Eat well and start planning the next holiday plan of action.. It is almost barbecue season! Start looking for recipes and plan to have a great summer!
