Well I have been productive this AM.  On Tuesday I started kicking up my exercise to get in better shape and help me with the last pounds I want to shed.

This morning I did Arms again and weighted crunches. It is a beautiful day and I am hoping to get 2 walks in today. One pulling the kids and one alone later.

I know that exercise seems to be the hardest part for some. Start slow, Ask for a buddy and do it! You will feel amazing and you won’t believe what you are capable of!
