preheat oven 375

6 10 oz packages frozen spinach

10 oz ricotta

4 tbs butter

8 oz mozzarella

Cook the spinach and drain really well

Add the butter and then the ricotta.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix in half of the mozzarella.

Place in a baking dish.

Add the rest of the mozzarella and cover with foil.

Bake at 375 for 30 mins and then uncover and cook for 15 mins to brown and melt the cheese on top.
