Sometimes we want a treat and we are already close to our net carbs and even calories. This recipe has less calories per slice along with less net carbs.
* 29 oz pumpkin
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1 tsp nutmeg
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tsp cloves
* 1 tsp salt
* 4 large eggs
* 1 1/2 cup granulated splenda
* 1 cup water
Mix pumpkin,spices,splenda,and salt together. Add eggs slowly one at a time and the cream and water last.
Mix well. Pour into to well sprayed pie plates.
bake at 425 for 15mins and then 30-40 mins at 350. Make sure a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Serves 24/2 pies
